Little Pandas Preschool & Play allows students to learn, develop and grow educationally through multiple instructional activities that celebrate the strengths and talents of each individual child. 

EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR - LEAD TEACHER

Natalie earned her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education/ Special Education from Daemen College in 2013. She attended Buffalo State College and earned her Masters Degree in Curriculum Planning and Instruction in 2015. While completing her masters study, she was a long-term substitute teacher at St. Gregory the Great School in Williamsville, which continued through June 2015. As of Fall 2015, she was hired as the 3-year-old preschool teacher. During this time, she began developing her plans for Little Pandas Preschool & Play along with her sister Amanda. In addition to teaching, Natalie and Amanda have been Volunteering for the Music is Art Foundation since 2004. For the past four years, they have held the title of Kid’s Village Coordinators. Natalie is very happy to have her mother, Sally work along side her at the preschool. She enjoys anything Disney related, listening to music, and spending time with her godchildren Laila and Hunter.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR - FOUNDER

Amanda graduated from Daemen College in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Childhood Education/Special Education with an extension in Early Childhood Education, and an additional extension in English Education. She received her Masters Degree in Differentiated Instruction from Canisius College in December 2012, focusing on arts-integrated and gifted and talented education. She became inspired by the philosophies and principles of differentiated instruction and the effects of arts-integration in the classroom. This led her to create the foundational concepts of Little Pandas Preschool & Play. While in the process of developing the school business plan, Amanda was offered a job with the Amherst Central School District. Although she is not in the preschool classroom, she assists Natalie in designing the daily curriculum and other business needs. She is thrilled that her sister has made her dreams a reality and has taken on the role as lead teacher and business operator.
